This is the first recipe we have tried with the liquid aminos and the sambal oelek (a special type of chili paste) - goes so nicely together! I will be making this recipe for years to come, even after we go off this diet. Very easy to make, healthy and so tasty! Thanks so much for posting.

1 week through this diet and my mom and I were dreading the 2nd week of boring tasteless meals. I came across your blog and we have been trying out some of the recipes. I think this one is my favorite. It tastes great! Honestly your blog is a life saver for me and my mom. I had the asparagus and chicken for this recipe and it worked great together. Thank you for the creative and tasty recipes! =)

Renee this was so awesome. I found your blog before I started the diet. I already knew by looking at the food choices that someone out there took this diet (it's over 50 years old) and spiced up the dishes. You have spiced up my life. I have three rounds to do and this site has saved my life..no really. This dish was fantastic. Everyone who took a bite loved it. I made it with a side of garlic spinach.

I'm so glad that I can be on this diet, lose weight, and still do my good food happy dance after I take a bite. If I had one more cold chicken salad I would have quit for sure! Thanks so much for this site so far this one is my favorite!!
