I made this min-meatloaf recipe today and it was awesome. I actually made 4 servings for future meals. I used the BBQ sauce option vs. ketchup. Thanks for a great recipe.

I used sugar free tomato sauce instead of ketchup and bbq sauce. Very very good! Tasted just like my non hcg one!

I add onion, green bell pepper, and zucchini. I put about 1/2 cup of each in my food processor and add to the meatloaf mixture. This in addition to my 2 cups of vegetables.

I used the Walden Farms balsamic vinagrette. (Its sugar, fat and calorie free--available at "Sunflower Market") Oh goodness.
