Spicy Crab Cucumber Salad

  • 100g crab - shredded
  • cucumber - peeled, seeded, and julienned (allowed amount)
  • 1 T liquid aminos
  • 1/2 T rice vinegar
  • 1/2-1 T spicy mustard
  • 1/2-1 t wasabi powder
  • grissini - coarsely ground

    1. Combine liquid aminos, rice vinegar, spicy mustard, and wasabi powder. Stir.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, toss & serve.

    NOTE: This includes your meat, veggie, and grissini portion for this meal.

    How do you measure the crab or lobster? cooked or uncooked? Do you take it out of the shell raw?

    Is this for phase 2? I do not see crab and lobster on my list of approved for phase 1...tx.

    You are able to eat the following for phase 2:

    100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp.
