Radish Soup

radishes (sliced or coarsely chopped - however you prefer)
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 c stock (I use homemade - either veggie or chicken)
1 c water (vary liquid amount depending on amt of soup wanted)
salt
pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 mins.
Serve immediately.

Hi! I cannot even express how valuable your page & links have been for me (& I also order for 12 people & coach @ no cost because I've done hcg 6 times & have been so successful.) This is a very valuable resource for so many! One thing not mentioned that is a huge staple for me is fried radish. (I miss potato & this tastes just like it). I take 2 tbl spns evco & dice up 100 gr radish, add a pinch rosemary & salt a pepper & fry it til browned.( I've used evco for my last 4 rounds & it has aided in resetting my thyroid & also as a moisturizer. I've also had huge success keeping the weight off inbetween rounds because coconut oil is so good for your thyroid!) I pass this recipe on & it has helped more than a few of us make it that last stretch. If you are inclined, please share with your readers, & thank you for this page! Leah
