Yum! This tasted so good. I also added a little extra water. I like spice so I added a dash of hot sauce and some red pepper flakes. Thanks Renee!

I think I'm going to try this today. Today is my first day of the VLCD and I'm so nervous about eating the right amount of calories. Thanks for helping me :)

I left out the onions in the recipe and after cooking the shrimp I laid it on a bed of spinach - wow - awesome spicy shrimp salad!

I used some onion and garlic and cooked in coconut oil (seems to work for some in phase 2), then doubled the seasonings and just bfore the onion garlic mixture was done I added the curry and cumin..mixed for one minute...yummy smell!! Then added the shrimp (which I had sseasoned w salt and pepper). I then sauteed the shrimp w the onion spice mixture for a couple minutes. Then i removed that mixture and threw in a hanful of spinach. Tossed it around picking up the remainder of spices and then onto the plate and topped with shrimp mixture. DELICIOUS!! Note:If not coc oil maybe use chick broth as that is on protocol I believe. Thanks for this idea!! Best dish I've had so far. I'm in day 6 of phase 2 and have lost 7 pounds. Only 13 pounds until I reach my goal weight so not too bad I'd say. Happy phase 2 to all of those with me in the struggle!!
